    摘要:

    采用自主搭建的飞秒激光平台,选用不同激光参数在铍青铜材质表面加工微凹坑织构,研究激光功率、激光脉冲数对织构直径和深度的影响规律;并采用摩擦磨损试验机销、盘摩擦副开展牙轮钻头滑动轴承模拟工况下的单元摩擦学实验,分析表面织构对滑动轴承润滑及摩擦学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随激光功率增加,织构直径逐渐增大,而织构深度则有相反的变化规律;激光脉冲数对织构直径无明显影响,织构深度则随脉冲数增加逐渐增大。此外,合理直径织构能有效减少牙轮钻头滑动轴承表面摩擦磨损,且随织构直径增加,摩擦副表面摩擦系数和磨损量呈现出先减小后增大的变化规律。

    Abstract:

    Surface texture with micro pit was processed on the surface of beryllium bronze based on self-built femtosecond laser platform,and the influence law of laser power and pulse number on texture diameter and depth was studied.The unit tribological experiments of rock bit journal bearing were carried out by using pin-disc friction pair of MMW-1computer controlled tribometer to study the effect of surface texture on friction and wear of journal bearing.The results show that with the increase of laser power,texture diameter gradually increases and texture depth gradually decreases.The laser pulse number has no obvious effect on texture diameter,but texture depth gradually increases with the increase of laser pulse number.In addition,the reasonable diameter of texture can effectively reduce surface friction and wear of rock bit journal bearing,and with the increase of texture diameter,friction coefficient and wear volume decreases first and then increases.
