Laser weapons use the powerful energy of high energy laser to destroy the target,and it has greater advantages in the anti-aircraft and anti-missile field.The characteristics of laser weapons for the shipborne platform were analyzed.Combining with the development tendency of the foreign shipborne laser weapons technology in recent years,the performance feature,the specific missions and the development tendency of the shipboard laser weapons are studied.
