    摘要:

    以薄膜光学为背景,介绍了可见光波段变角度带通滤光膜的用途、设计与制备方法。基于波动光学原理,首先分析了带通滤光膜的光学特性以及变角度使用的难点,其次讨论了0°~33°入射时薄膜选材、测试、工艺制备等研究过程中的主要技术问题。利用薄膜软件进行优化计算后,结合光学控制与离子辅助工艺得到了吸收低、偏移量小与附着力良好的薄膜。目前相关的技术应用在地形勘测相机中达到了空间变角度高分辨率成像的效果。

    Abstract:

    The application,design and preparation method of variable angle band pass filter film for visible light band are introduced according to thin film optics.Based on the principle of wave optics,the optical characteristics of the band-pass filter film and the difficulty of the variable angle are analyzed.Secondly,the main technical problems in the process of film selection,testing and process preparation at 0 ° to 33 ° incident are discussed.After optimization,the films with low absorption,small offset and good adhesion were obtained by optical control and ion assisted process.The film has been used in the terrain survey camera,and high-resolution image at variable angle was achieved.
