    摘要:

    自拉曼激光器因其激光激发和受激拉曼散射效应都在同一块晶体中进行,相对于常规激光晶体和拉曼晶体分离的激光器,一方面减少了腔内元件数,使损耗和阈值降低,激光器结构更加紧凑,另一方面又引发了严重的热效应,因此在自拉曼激光器设计中,需要重点考虑晶体的热效应。本文着眼于泵浦光的最佳聚焦位置的研究,通过热透镜模型对晶体的热效应进行简化处理,结合模式匹配方程量化泵浦光聚焦于晶体内不同位置时的模式匹配程度,计算泵浦光最佳聚焦位置,并通过实验验证了理论计算的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The laser excitation and stimulated Raman scattering effect of the self-Raman laser are carried out in the same crystal compared to the conventional laser.Self-Raman laser has the characteristics of fewer components in the cavity,lower loss,lower threshold and compact structure,but it has serious heat effect.The optimum focusing depth of focal pumping spot in Nd∶YVO4 crystal of laser-diode-end-pumped self-Raman Laser is calculated by the mode matching function and the thermal lens model.The laser cavity is simplified by the thermal lens model,and the matching degree between the laser diode pump and the laser cavity mode can be quantified by the mode matching function.The correctness of theoretical calculation is verified through the experiment,and it is in good agreement with numerical simulation results.
