This paper recommends a read-out circuit for 1024×256 hyperspectral SWIR FPA .For application of weak signals hyperspectral infrared detection,the circuit adopts the CTIA structure. The system has 72% of quantum efficiency,and effectively restrain the leakage effect caused by reset structure.The linearity and output range is significantly improved. And through optimized design of column circuit and output structure,good noise performance is obtained .
