    摘要:

    为测量混合式表面的发射率,该文设计了一系列阵列作为发射率样品,发射率样品为深度连续渐变式空腔阵列,将其划分为5个单元组成,使用红外热像仪对发射率样品上端拍摄热图像得到一系列发射率。通过理论计算得出发射率,通过实验测量单元表面发射率,将理论计算值与实验测量值进行对比,探讨深度连续渐变式空腔阵列在不同加热温度下对表面发射率的影响。结果表明:随着加热温度的升高,深度连续渐变式空腔阵列的表面发射率会下降;随着空腔深度的增加,深度连续渐变式空腔阵列的表面发射率会随之增加。

    Abstract:

    In order to measure the emissivity of the mixed surface,a series array as emissivity samples are designed,which are deep continuous gradient cavity array and divided into 5 units.The series of emissivity is obtained by using infrared thermal imager to capture thermal images at the upper end of the emissivity sample.The emissivity is obtained by theoretical calculation.Through the experimental measurement of the surface emissivity of the unit,the theoretical calculation and experimental measurements are compared,the influence of deep continuous tapered cavity array on the surface emissivity at different heating temperatures is discussed.The results show that with the increase of heating temperature,the surface emissivity of the deep continuous tapered cavity array will decrease;with the increase of cavity depth,the surface emissivity of the deep continuous tapered cavity array will increase.
