    摘要:

    波片相位延迟量的常用检测方法只是针对激光光束直径(2 mm左右)的光束测出的平均值,对于大口径波片空间相位延迟量的检测,本文提出基于菲索干涉仪的检测方法,建立了波片的空间相位延迟量误差与干涉图样之间的理论数学模型,理论分析了影响相位延迟量误差主要因素有:光源的光谱宽度、石英晶体的空间折射率分布以及波片的面形误差;利用MATLAB程序编程,进行了数值计算,若要求波片的相位延迟量总误差小于一般波片测试误差1°,则光源的光谱宽度应小于0.2 nm,石英晶体的空间折射率分布误差应小于0.005,面形误差应小于200 nm;实验室搭建菲索干涉仪,选取了口径25.4 mm的石英波片进行测试,测试效果良好,测量精度为0.05°。

    Abstract:

    Measuring method of phase delay of wave plate is just the average for the laser beam(about 0.5 mm in diameter).In this paper,the detection of spatial phase delay for large diameter wave plates,the detection method based on Fizeau interferometer is proposed,and the theoretical mathematical model between the space phase delay error of the wave plate and the interference pattern is established.The main factors affecting the phase delay are analyzed theoretically:the spectral width of the light source,the spatial refractive index distribution of quartz crystal,the face shape error of the wave plate.The numerical calculation is carried out by MATLAB programming,the results showed that:the spectral width of the light source should be less than 0.2 nm,the spatial refractive index distribution error of quartz crystal should be less than 0.005,and the surface error should be less than 200 nm,if the total error of phase delay of the wave plate less than 1°that of general wave plate test error;The Fizeau interferometer was built in the lab,and the test of quartz wave plates with a diameter of 25.4 mm was carried out.The test results are good,and the measurement precision is 0.05 °.
