    摘要:

    新型二维材料制备工艺简单、成本低、兼容性好,相比于传统可饱和吸收体具有宽工作波段以及高损伤阈值的优越性,在获得短脉冲光纤激光器方面具有广泛的应用前景。本文展示了石墨烯、过镀金属族硫化物以及拓扑绝缘体等新型二维材料的结构、性质;对基于新型二维材料的短脉冲光纤激光器的国内外研究进展进行了阐述;对该领域的发展趋势进行了概括总结。对应用于光纤激光器短脉冲技术的新型二维材料的研究趋势具有指导意义,有利于材料研究和激光研究两个不同领域进一步的交叉融合。

    Abstract:

    The new type of two-dimensional materials has the advantages of easy fabrication,low cost and good compatibility.Compared with the traditional saturable absorber,it has much wider broadband and higher damage threshold and has a wide application prospect in obtaining short pulse fiber laser.In this paper,the structure and properties of novel two-dimensional materials such as graphene,over-plated metal sulfides and topological insulators are reviewed with an emphasis on the worldwide research developments of short-pulse fiber laser based on new two-dimensional materials.Based on the review,the developing trend of this field is summarized.Challenges in techniques of new two-dimensional materials,and new areas of short-pulse technology in fiber lasers based on two-dimensional material are also discussed.
