    研究了Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q激光器脉冲输出特性,通过Cr4+∶YAG跃迁吸收的速率方程模型,模拟分析了Cr4+∶YAG初始透过率和晶体长度对激光输出脉冲宽度的影响,并利用氙灯泵浦Nd∶YAG激光器进行了被动调Q实验。结合模拟结果分析了产生激光多脉冲的现象,通过对被动Q开关参数的优化,获得了激光脉冲宽度约为17.5 ns,单脉冲能量为195 mJ的稳定激光脉冲输出。

    Abstract:

    The pulse output characteristics of Cr4+∶YAG passive Q-switched laser were studied.The effects of initial transmittance and crystal length of Cr4+∶YAG on the laser output pulse width were simulated by the rate equation model of Cr4+∶YAG transition absorption.The Nd∶YAG laser pumped by xenon lamp is used for passive Q-modulation experiment.Combined with the simulation results,the phenomenon of generating laser multi-pulse is analyzed.By optimizing the passive Q-switching parameters,a stable laser pulse output with a laser pulse width of about 17.5 ns and single pulse energy of 195 mJ is obtained.
