The design of ROIC for LWIR hyperspectral detector is introduced in this paper.The circuit design is based on SMIC 0.35um 5.0V process.The circuit modules,it′s optimized structure and the circuit simulation are described in detail.The injection efficiency is analyzed and calculated through simulation.The circuit test shows that all functions of the ROIC are normal,the performance is excellent,the dynamic range is > 71 dB,the max frame frequency is > 250 Hz.
