Infrared detector in space or radiation environment will be affected by various radiation particles,its performance will be attenuated.This paper mainly analyzes the influence mechanism of various radiation effects on the performance of HgCdTe infrared detector.The IR detector composite passivation reinforcement method and the ROIC annular-geometry and ringed-source geometry reinforcement method are tested and verified.The radiation test shows that radiation hardness IR detector bonding with ROIC obtains better radiation hardness results than that of normal infrared detector.
