新型“低慢小”目标探测处置系统的体系建设

    摘要:

    随着通用航空事业的快速发展,以无人机为代表的“低慢小”目标在数量规模、技术手段、作战模式方面发生了深刻变化,使得“低慢小”目标的威胁能力不断增大,安全防范需求日趋紧迫。本文立足当前国内探测处置现状存在的主要问题,针对新型目标和城市场景的特点,提出新型“低慢小”目标探测处置体系建设方案,构建指挥控制、预警探测、干扰拦截一体的防控体系。其中,指挥控制作为系统核心,实现整体系统的一体化集成;预警探测通过多传感器构成全天时全天候全空域预警网络;干扰拦截通过“软”“硬”手段结合构成多层次防御体系。通过研制新型“低慢小”目标探测处置体系设计,将“低慢小”目标防范纳入信息化作战范畴,具备更强的体系对抗能力,适应未来信息战争要求。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of general aviation,the low altitude,slow speed,and small(LSS)targets represented by unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)has undergone profound changes in terms of quantity,technological means,and campaign mode.As a result,the threat capability of LSS target continues to increase,and the security and prevention needs become increasingly urgent.In this paper,a detection and disposal system(DDS)for the LSS in urban scene is presented based on the analysis of domestic existing problems,which construct a trinity prevention and control system by nimble command and control system(C2S),multiple detection,and multiple disposal.In the DDS,as the core of the system,the C2S is used to realize the integration of the whole system;the all-weather,all-aerospace and round-the-clock warning network are constructed by the multi-sensors;the multilayered stereoscopic defense system are constructed by the “soft” and “hard” means.Integrating LSS target prevention into the field of information-based warfare,it has stronger system confrontation ability and meets the requirements of future information warfare.
