    摘要:

    表面裂纹缺陷是材料中危险的缺陷形式,及时发现服役过程中产生的表面裂纹至关重要。激光红外热成像不仅具有传统红外检测的优点,还因激光能量密度高等特有优点,可远距离检测材料表面微小裂纹。综述了激光红外成像系统平台组件及其关键参数对激光红外成像检测的影响。从图像处理、优化工艺参数等角度入手,阐述了激光红外热成像检测表面裂纹缺陷的定性识别,进一步介绍了对材料表面裂纹缺陷长度、宽度以及深度特征的定量表征。最后对激光红外热成像检测表面裂纹缺陷进行了总结归纳,以及展望其未来的发展方向。

    Abstract:

    Surface crack defects are dangerous forms of defects in materials,and it is important to detect surface cracks generated during service in time.Laser infrared thermography not only has the advantages of traditional infrared detection,but also has the unique advantage of high laser energy density,which can detect micro cracks on the surface of materials.The effects of laser infrared thermography system platform components and their key parameters on laser infrared thermography detection are reviewed in the paper.From the perspectives of image processing and optimization of process parameters,the qualitative identification of surface crack defects detected by laser infrared thermography is expounded,and the quantitative characterization of the length,width and depth characteristics of surface crack defects is further introduced.Finally,the paper summarizes the surface crack defects detected by laser infrared thermography,and looks forward to its future development direction.
