    摘要:

    设计了一种基于热像仪的机载红外测量系统。该系统主要用于加载于空中平台上,实现对目标红外特性的空中跟踪测量,获取目标高仰角的全方位红外和可见光特性图像数据。系统结构设计采用模块化设计,重量、尺寸较小,抗震性强,符合挂飞的有关要求,能够稳定跟踪并测量海上目标的红外及可见光特性。该系统采用了被动隔离加主动陀螺稳定控制的技术、光学镜头无热化补偿措施和内场精密标定技术,具有很强的环境适应能力、作用距离远、测量精度高,整体技术与性能处于国内领先水平。

    Abstract:

    An airborne infrared measurement system based on thermal imager is designed in this paper.The system is mainly used for loading on the air platform to track and measure the infrared characteristics of the target in the air,and to acquire the image data of the omnidirectional infrared and visible characteristics of the target at high elevation.Modular design is adopted in the system structure design.It has small weight,small size,strong seismic resistance,and can meet the requirements of hanging flight.It can track and measure the infrared and visible characteristics of sea targets steadily.The system adopts passive isolation plus active gyro stabilization control technology,non-thermal compensation of optical lens and precision calibration technology in the interior field.It has strong environmental adaptability,long working distance,high measurement accuracy,and the overall technology and performance are in the leading level in China.
