    摘要:

    报道了一种采用被动调Q 的高重频窄脉宽固体激光器。激光器通过LD端面泵浦,利用自聚焦透镜对泵浦光进行整形耦合,采用Nd∶Cr4+∶YAG晶体,把激光工作物质与Q开关晶体键合在一起,得到一种小体积,宽温范,抗冲击震动效果强的高重频半导体固体激光器。该激光器的工作重复频率在10 kHz,脉宽3 ns左右,中心波长1064 nm,输出脉冲能量常温状态可达14.2 μJ以上,高温65 ℃状态下可达15.2 μJ以上,出光延时抖动在5 μs以内的激光输出。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,a passive Q-switched solid state laser with high frequency and narrow pulse width is reported.The laser is pumped through LD end-face,and the pump light is plastically coupled by self-focusing lens.Using Nd∶Cr4+∶YAG crystal,the working material of laser is bonded with Q switch crystal to get a kind of high frequency semiconductor solid laser with small volume,wide temperature range and strong shock and vibration resistance.The laser has a working repetition frequency of 10 kHz,a pulse width of about 3 ns,and a central wavelength of 1064 nm.The output peak power can reach 14.2 μJ or more at room temperature,15.2 μJ or more at 65 ℃,and the optical delay jitter of laser output is within 5 μs.
