    摘要:

    陶瓷材料的性能优越,其加工难度主要表现在加工硬度和加工脆性上,激光辅助热加工陶瓷材料能够有效避免加工时产生表面裂纹。本文采用半解析的方法对于激光加热氧化铝陶瓷材料时的温度变化进行了模拟,分析了不同方向上温度的变化情况,得出了温度场的分布;根据氧化铝陶瓷温度达到1000 K时即可达到软化效果的理论,探讨了不同参数时温度场的分布,以达到较好的软化效果。研究表明,通过对温度场的计算模拟,选取合适的激光参数对不同尺寸的材料进行软化加工,能够有效且高效的达到切割氧化铝硬性材料的工艺要求。

    Abstract:

    The performance of ceramic materials is superior,and the difficulty of processing is mainly reflected in the hardness and brittleness of processing.Laser-assisted thermal machining of ceramic materials can effectively avoid surface cracks during processing.In the paper,the semi-analytical method is used to simulate the temperature of alumina ceramic material which heated by laser,the variation of temperature in different directions is analyzed,and the distribution of temperature fieldis obtained.According to the theory of softening effect of alumina ceramics when the temperature reaches 1000 K,the distribution of temperature field with different parameters is discussed,and then the bettersoftening effect is achieved.The results show that,through the calculation and simulation of the temperature field,selecting suitable laser parameters to soften materials of different sizes can effectively and efficiently meet the technical requirements for cutting rigid alumina materials.
