    摘要:

    为了更好地揭示坦克动力舱的热状态及红外辐射特性,提高坦克战场生存能力,以某型坦克为例,利用商业软件fluent建立了舱内空气与流动的CFD模型。对于动力舱内热边界条件,由汽车仿真分析软件GT-SUITE给出,装甲板的温度场计算采用流固耦合的方法,使其转化为系统内部的边界,并考虑了太阳辐射的影响。最后根据装甲板温度场建立红外辐射特性计算模型,得到了稳态工况下动力舱的热流场和装甲板红外辐射特性强度分布图,可为下一步动力舱内热流场优化和红外特性抑制提供依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to better reveal the thermal state and infrared radiation characteristics of the tank′s power cabin,improve the battlefield survivability of the tank,taking a certain type of tank as an example,the commercial software fluent is used to establish the CFD model of cabin air and flow.For the thermal boundary conditions in the power cabin,given by the vehicle simulation analysis software GT-SUITE,the fluid-structure coupling method is adopted to calculate the temperature field of the armor plate,which is converted into the internal boundary of the system,and the influence of solar radiation is taken into account.Finally,the calculation model of infrared radiation characteristics is established based on the temperature field of the armor plate.The heat flow field and the infrared radiation intensity distribution map of the armor under the steady-state conditions are obtained,which could provide the basis for the optimization of the heat flow field and the suppression of the infrared characteristics in the power cabin.
