Abstract:In order to better reveal the thermal state and infrared radiation characteristics of the tank′s power cabin,improve the battlefield survivability of the tank,taking a certain type of tank as an example,the commercial software fluent is used to establish the CFD model of cabin air and flow.For the thermal boundary conditions in the power cabin,given by the vehicle simulation analysis software GT-SUITE,the fluid-structure coupling method is adopted to calculate the temperature field of the armor plate,which is converted into the internal boundary of the system,and the influence of solar radiation is taken into account.Finally,the calculation model of infrared radiation characteristics is established based on the temperature field of the armor plate.The heat flow field and the infrared radiation intensity distribution map of the armor under the steady-state conditions are obtained,which could provide the basis for the optimization of the heat flow field and the suppression of the infrared characteristics in the power cabin.
