    摘要:

    无人机载的激光半主动导引头具有机动灵活、打击范围广、命中精度高等优点,在制导武器领域里占有重要的地位。为提高光电接收系统的灵敏度、动态范围和抗杂散光性能,通过对基于四象限雪崩光电二极管(QAPD)光电接收系统的分析,设计了前端信号调理电路与后端信号处理电路。试验结果表明,系统灵敏度达到了100nW,动态范围为45dB,峰值跟踪最大误差比例是1.06,在杂散光环境下可以工作正常,实现了闭环控制。研究结果对光电接收电路的设计具有一定的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Laser semi-active seeker for UAV is characterized by maneuvering flexible,attack range wide and hit precision high.It plays an important role in the guidance weapon field.To improve sensitivity,dynamic range and resistance stray light performance of photoelectric receive system,through the analysis of the Quad Avalanche Photodiode(QAPD)photoelectric receive system,the front-end signal conditioning circuit and the back-end signal processing circuit are designed.The experimental results show that the system sensitivity reaches 100nW and dynamic range is 45dB,and the peak tracking maximum error ratio is 1.06.System can work normally in stray light environment,and closed ring control is realized.The research results have certain application value to the design of photoelectric receiving circuit.
