According to the design requirements of the turntable,the structure design of the single-axis turntable is completed,and the structure of each part is introduced.The bearing type is selected and the shaft system error caused by radial run-out is calculated quantitatively.Based on the three-dimensional model,the key structural parts that affect the axial system error are simulated by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.Combining the analysis results and quantitative calculation,the strength and stiffness of the turntable meet the design requirements and can ensure the accuracy of the turntable.
