    激光光斑中心定位是光学检测中的关键技术,大量应用在光学通信ATP系统、光路自准直控制系统、光学非接触位移角度测量系统中。针对传统电荷耦合器件(CCD)检测方法无法精准定位非均匀、非理想圆激光光斑的问题,提出一种基于位置敏感探测器(PSD)的旋转激光光斑中心检测的新方法。该方法依据PSD能够连续检测光敏面上光斑重心位置的工作原理,设计了一种定轴心旋转且角度可控的激光实验装置,通过对该装置投射到光敏面上的光斑重心的轨迹探测,经Kasa算法处理后得到光斑的中心位置,相较于CCD无需进行图像处理。实验中搭建了PSD光斑中心检测系统,并对旋转的激光光斑模式进行了分析。结果表明,激光光斑中心定位模型的线性度为-1.036、位置分辨率为0.1 μm,精确定位了光斑中心的移动轨迹。该方法为非均匀光斑的实时高精度定位提供了一种新思路。

    Abstract:

    Laser spot center positioning is a key technology in optical detection.It is widely used in optical communication ATP systems,optical path auto-collimation control systems,and optical non-contact displacement angle measurement systems.Aiming at the problem that traditional charge-coupled device (CCD) detection methods cannot accurately locate non-uniform and non-ideal circular laser spots,a new method for detecting the center of a rotating laser spot based on a position sensitive detector (PSD) is proposed.This method is based on the working principle that PSD can continuously detect the position of the center of gravity of the light spot on the photosensitive surface.A laser experimental device with a fixed axis rotation and a controllable angle is designed.After processing by Kasa algorithm,the center position of the light spot is obtained.Compared with CCD,no image processing is required.In the experiment,a PSD spot center detection system was built,and the rotating laser spot mode was analyzed.The results show that the laser spot center positioning model has a linearity of -1.036 and a position resolution of 0.1μm,and accurately locates the movement track of the center of the spot.This method provides a new idea for real-time high-precision positioning of non-uniform light spots.
