    摘要:

    随着红外热成像技术在无损检测领域广泛应用,作为其应用研究基础之一的热激励技术受到广泛关注。针对传统大功率热激励设备工作模式单一、体积过大、不便于携带的缺点,对传统热激励源进行设计改造,设计开发了一种新型便携式多模态无损检测热激励源,能够实现锁相模式、锁相多频模式和脉冲模式三种激励模式,并且模式参数可调。该热激励源采用24 V锂电池供电方式,输出功率达到1000 W,具有操作灵活、便于携带、多模态等特点,满足红外热成像无损检测需求。

    Abstract:

    With the extensive application of infrared thermography in the field of nondestructive testing,the thermal excitation technology,as one of the basis of its application research,has attracted extensive attention.In view of the disadvantages of the traditional high-power thermal excitation equipment,such as single working mode,large volume and not easy to carry,the traditional thermal excitation source is designed and reformed,and a new portable multi-mode non-destructive testing thermal excitation source is designed and developed,which can realize three excitation modules:lock-in module,lock-in multi-frequency module and pulse module,and module parameters can be adjusted.The thermal excitation source is powered by 24 V lithium battery with the output power up to 1000 W.It has the characteristics of flexible operation,easy to carry and multi-mode,which can meet the requirements of non-destructive testing of infrared thermography.
