    摘要:

    为了研究Ni35+TiC熔覆层的微观结构和提高熔覆层的质量。引入目前在激光熔覆研究中尚未充分利用的LIBS技术对熔覆层进行研究。利用LIBS和EDS技术分析Ni35+TiC复合熔覆层中主要成分(Ni,Fe,C)。同时测量、分析熔覆层不同区域的差异。观察到EDS和LIBS数据之间具有较好的相关性,而LIBS可以测量到轻元素(C元素)分布的情况。LIBS和EDS技术结果表明元素沿熔覆层深度方向的分布是不均匀,此外还分析了光谱信息与硬度的关系、元素的谱线强度比与硬度之间的关系。结果表明,LIBS技术可以对熔覆层样品元素含量不均匀分布情况进行定性分析,且具备分析速度快,无需真空环境及样品制备等优势,从而为工业应用中熔覆层的特性评定提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the microstructure and improve the quality of Ni35 + TiC cladding layer.The LIBS technology,which has not been fully utilized in laser cladding research,is introduced to study the cladding layer.The main components(Ni,Fe,C) in Ni35 + TiC composite cladding layer were analyzed by LIBS and EDS.the difference of different areas of cladding layer was measured and analyzed.It is observed that there is a good correlation between EDS and LIBS result,while LIBS can measure the distribution of ultra-light elements(C etc.).The results of LIBS and EDS show that the distribution of elements along the depth direction of cladding layer is uneven.In addition,the relationship between the spectral information and the hardness,and the relationship between the spectral line intensity ratio of the elements and the hardness are also analyzed.The results show that the LIBS can qualitatively analyze the uneven distribution of the element content in samples,and it has the advantages of fast analysis speed,no need of vacuum environment and sample preparation,etc.,so as to provide a reference for the evaluation of cladding characteristics in industrial application.
