    基金项目:。摘要:针对黑胶唱机传统调速借助测速刻度盘和人眼辨别误差大的问题,自主设计用于附着在黑胶唱机上的测速码盘、固定盒以及分别与固定盒固定的红外对射装置、显示器和处理模块;采用红外对射传感技术、Stm32高精度测频技术、周期测速法来精确计算黑胶唱机的转速,并将转速信息准确显示在LCD上;通过误差分析和拟合误差算法使测量误差限制在0.4 %以内,大大降低了传统人眼辨别导致的误差。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problem that the traditional speed regulation of the black glue record machine has large error by means of the speed measuring code plate and the human eye,the speed measuring code plate and the fixed box which are attached to the black glue record machine as well as the infrared counter shooting device,the display and the processing module which are fixed with the fixed box are independently designed;the infrared counter shooting sensing technology,the Stm32 high-precision frequency measuring technology and the periodic speed measuring method are used to accurately calculate the speed of the black glue record machine and accurately display the speed information on the LCD;through error analysis and fitting error algorithm,the measurement error is limited within 0.4%,which greatly reduces the error caused by traditional human eye recognition.
