    摘要:

    基于浸渍法,成功制备了铁含量为10.7 wt %、铜含量为12.9 wt %的金属-碳复合材料,通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射谱、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱等手段表征了金属-碳复合材料的结构、形貌、晶型以及元素组成。通过开孔Z扫描实验和光限幅实验对该材料的非线性光学性质进行测试,该材料表现出优秀的反饱和吸收型非线性光学效应,透过率随着入射光强的增大而降低,光限幅阈值为0.43 J·cm-2,该材料在光限幅领域具有广阔应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Metal-carbon composite materials containing 10.7 wt% Fe and 12.9 wt% Cu were successfully prepared by impregnation method.The structure,morphology,crystal form and elementary composition of the as-prepared materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES),respectively.The nonlinear optical properties of the as-prepared materials were investigated using Z-scan measurements and optical limiting experiments,which indicated that such materials exhibited excellent nonlinear optical properties of reverse saturable absorption.The transmittance of metal-carbon composite materials decreases with an increase in incident light intensity,showing a threshold value in optical limiting of 0.43 J·cm-2,which makes the present materials promising building blocks for optical limiting devices.
