:The original image of uncooled infrared movement has a Bit width of 14 Bit.Compared with the 8 Bit infrared image,the 14 Bit infrared original image has the advantages of wider gray dynamic range,higher sensitivity and more detailed information.However,because the maximum gray range that ordinary display equipment can make is 8 Bit,it is necessary to compress the 14 Bit original image to meet the requirements of conventional display equipment and back-end image processing requirements.If the performance of the compression algorithm is poor,a lot of details may be lost in the process of image compression,which directly affects the image quality.In this paper,a compression and display algorithm based on guided filter is proposed.Firstly,guided filter is used to layer the image.According to the characteristics of different layers and the role in the synthetic image,the enhancement and noise reduction are carried out respectively,so that the synthetic image has a good display effect.By comparing the simulation results with common algorithms,and analyzing the experimental results of visual effect and quantitative evaluation parameters,it is proved that the algorithm proposed in this paper has a certain improvement in the overall performance.
