    摘要:

    以某型战斗机光雷保护罩采用的多点支撑光窗为研究对象,建立胶层连接的多点边缘支撑结构模型,通过仿真分析胶层厚度对多点边缘支撑光窗面型的影响。建立“压块-胶层-光窗”有限元分析模型,在结构航向过载、航向随机振动、高低温冲击情况下,对不同胶层厚度仿真结果数据处理,分析胶层厚度对光窗面形变形的影响。结果可知:胶层在0.1~0.5 mm范围内,光窗表面PV值与RMS值,在过载冲击与随机振动仿真试验中,随着胶层厚度的增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势;在温度冲击仿真中,呈现逐渐减小的趋势。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,the mult-point edge support structure model of the mult-point edge support structure with adhesive layer connection is established,and the influence of adhesive layer thickness on the surface shape of mult-point edge support light window is analyzed by simulation.The finite element analysis model of "pressure block glue layer light window" is established.Under the condition of structure course overload,course random vibration and high and low temperature impact,the simulation results of different adhesive thickness are processed,and the influence of adhesive layer thickness on the surface deformation of light window is analyzed.The results show that: in the range of 0.1~0.5 mm,PV value and RMS value of light window surface show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of adhesive layer thickness in the simulation test of overload impact and random vibration;in the simulation of temperature impact,it shows a trend of gradual decrease.
