    摘要:

    综述了红外上转换成像技术的研究进展。与直接红外成像技术相比,红外上转换成像技术具有响应速度块、灵敏度高和噪声特性优良等一系列优点。红外上转换成像技术是结合频率上转换技术与可见光高性能探测器的一种具有巨大潜力的技术,随着近年来非线性频率转换取得的重大进步,人们对应用于红外或近红外光谱成像的上转换技术进行了大量的研究。本文首先对红外上转换成像技术的原理进行了简单叙述,随后分别介绍了提高红外上转换成像技术的转换效率、空间分辨率和视场的不同方法,并简单叙述了其他有关的红外上转换成像研究工作,最后展望了红外图像上转换技术的发展趋势。

    Abstract:

    The advance of infrared up-conversion imaging is reviewed in this paper.Compared with general infrared imaging methods,the up-conversion imaging technique has a series of advantages,such as fast response speed,high sensitivity,and excellent noise characteristics.It is convinced to be a great potential technique by combining the frequency up-conversion technique with high-performance detectors in the visible spectrum region.In recent years,nonlinear frequency conversion techniques acquired great progress,which has promoted the research field on the up-conversion technique for infrared or near-infrared spectral imaging.In this paper,firstly,the principle of infrared up-conversion imaging is briefly studied,and then different methods to improve the conversion efficiency,spatial resolution,and field of view of the up-converted infrared image are introduced respectively;furthermore,some related research work of infrared up-conversion imaging is briefly described;finally,the development trend of infrared up-conversion imaging technique are prospected.
