    摘要:

    针对Ti6Al4V材料的激光抛光工艺进行实验研究,通过改变脉冲式激光的工艺参数设置,来分析激光参数对抛光工艺效果的影响,主要研究了激光输出功率、离焦量e和激光光斑重叠率δ这三个参数的影响规律与作用机理,并结合试样表面粗糙度测量值Ra,得出:激光输出功率为300W左右,离焦量e控制在6~8mm范围内,光斑重叠率δ在70~75范围内时,脉冲式激光对TC4合金材料表面的抛光效果最佳;最后通过光学显微镜测量仪器来分析抛光后的材料表面形貌与材料抛光层的内部晶格晶粒变化,来分析激光抛光对试样抛光层物理性质的影响,并对比抛光前后试样表面的进行了硬度测试对比。

    Abstract:

    this paper conducts experimental research on the laser polishing process of Ti6Al4V material,and analyzes the influence of laser parameters on the polishing laser,mainly studies the influence law and mechanism of the three parameters of laser output power,defocus e and the laser spot overlap rate δ.Combined with the sample surface roughness measurement value Ra,the conclusion is got:when the laser output power is set to approximately 300 W,the defocus e is controlled within the range of 6~8mm,and the spot overlap rate δ is within the range of 70%~75%,the pulsed laser has the best polishing effect on the surface of TC4 alloy material.Finally,by optical microscope measuring instrument,the surface morphology of the polished material and the internal lattic grain change of the polished layer are analyzed,the effect of polishing on the physical properties of the polished layer of the sample is analyzed,and the hardness of the sample surface before and after polishing is compared.
