    摘要:

    三维激光扫描技术因具有准确性强、检测效率高、无损等优势而被应用于各行各业的物体体积测量。本文概括了利用三维激光扫描技术获取物体轮廓表面信息的几种光学原理;综述了三维激光扫描测体积系统中点云数据获取、点云数据预处理、三维重建与体积计算的研究进展;对三维激光扫描测体积技术在各类行业中的应用现状进行总结分析;最终展望了三维激光扫描技术在不规则体体积测量上面临的挑战和未来的发展趋势。

    Abstract:

    3D laser scanning technology has been applied to volume measurement of objects in all walks of life because of its advantages such as high accuracy,high detection efficiency and nondestructive etc.In this paper,several optical principles of obtaining contour surface information by 3D laser scanning technology are summarized.The research progress of point cloud data acquisition,point cloud data preprocessing,3D reconstruction and volume calculation in 3D laser scanning volume measurement system is reviewed.The application status of 3D laser scanning volume measurement technology in various industries is summarized and analyzed.Finally,the challenges and future development trends of 3D laser scanning technology in irregular volume measurement are prospected.
