    摘要:

    通过研究资料对激光清洗漆层作用原理进行分析,对5052铝合金表面漆层脱离应力进行测定。采用Ansys建立了脉冲激光清洗5052铝合金表面环氧锌黄漆层的有限元仿真模型,分析了在激光功率为20W时不同扫描速度对激光清洗漆层的温度场和应力场的影响,并进行了清洗效果预估。对仿真结果进行验证,实验表明在扫描速度为1000mm/s时激光清洗漆层所产生的温度场和应力场可以达到去除大部分厚度的漆层以及部分漆层剥离的效果,在扫描速度为600mm/s时可以去除全部漆层且对基体仅有轻微影响,实验结果验证了仿真模型的正确性,通过该模型可以为激光清洗漆层的工艺参数选择提供选择和效果预估。

    Abstract:

    The working principle of laser cleaning paint layer is analyzed through the research data,and the stress of 5052 aluminum alloy surface paint layer is measured. The finite element simulation model of pulsed laser cleaning epoxy zinc yellow paint layer on 5052 aluminum alloy surface is established by ANSYS,and the influence of different scanning velocity on the temperature field and stress field of laser cleaning paint layer is analyzed when the laser power is 20 W,and the cleaning effect is estimated. The simulation results are verified,the experiment shows that the temperature field and stress field generated by laser can achieve the effect of removing most of the thickness of paint layer and peeling part of paint layer when the scanning speed is 1000mm/s; when the scanning speed is 600mm/s,the laser can remove all the paint layer and the the matrix is only slightly affected. The experimental results demonstrate the validity of the simulation model,which can use to select the process parameters and predict the effect of laser cleaning paint layer.
