    摘要:

    传统激光熔覆样件分析手段需要进行复杂样品线切割、抛光等预处理。本文首先分析碳化钨含量对二维梯度材料硬度的影响,其次利用激光诱导击穿光谱技术对二维梯度材料进行化学表征,研究发现材料硬度和谱线信号强度分别随着碳化钨含量的增加而增大,二者均呈高度线性相关,线性相关系数分别为0932及0924。结果表明激光诱导击穿光谱技术在上可用于激光熔覆梯度材料分析,能够有效克服传统激光熔覆样件分析手段所需的复杂预处理程序。

    Abstract:

    The traditional laser cladding sample analysis method requires pretreatments such as wire cutting and polishing of complex samples. This paper first analyzes the influence of Tungsten carbide content on the hardness of two dimensional gradient materials,and then uses laser induced breakdown spectroscopy to carry out the chemical characterization of two dimensional gradient materials. The study found that the material hardness and LIBS signal intensity increase along with the Tungsten carbide content. Both are highly linearly correlated,with linear correlation coefficients of 0.932 and 0.924,respectively. The research results show that the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy technology can be used in the analysis of laser cladding gradient materials,and can effectively overcome the complicated pre processing procedures required by traditional laser cladding sample analysis methods.
