    摘要:

    基于波长调制光谱技术,本文设计了一种采用键控法进行相敏检测的二次谐波信号锁相放大器。与传统相敏检测方法相比,键控法相敏检测简化了电路的设计,降低锁相放大器的成本。本文利用MATLAB软件对设计搭建了仿真模型,包括带通滤波器、相敏检测器、低通滤波器等部分。通过对模型进行仿真验证了该设计,在二次谐波信号幅度为01 V,高斯带限白噪声方差为10时,输出最大误差在2以内,且具有良好的线性度。通过仿真表明该方法能够用于气体浓度检测,且方法简单,性价比高。

    Abstract:

    Based on wavelength modulation spectroscopy technology,a phase locked amplifier for the second harmonic signal is designed,which used the keying method for phase sensitive detection. Compared with the traditional phase sensitive detection method,the keying method simplifies the design of the circuit and reduces the cost of the lock in amplifier. In this paper,MATLAB software was used to build the simulation model,including band pass filter,phase sensitive detector,low pass filter and so on. When the second harmonic signal amplitude is 0.1 V and the Gaussian band limited white noise variance is 10,the maximum output error is less than 2% and has good linearity. The simulation results show that the method can be used for gas concentration detection,and the method is simple and cost effective.
