    提出一种基于法布里—珀罗(Fabry Perot,F P)干涉的光纤倾角传感器,该传感器由单模光纤和毛细管组成。首先,分析光纤干涉原理和倾角传感原理;然后,制作封装光纤倾角传感器;最后,完成光纤F P传感器倾斜实验,通过对采集得到的数据分析得到传感器倾角的响应特性,并进行温度实验探究温度对传感器波长漂移的影响。实验结果表明:在0°~10°测量范围内,测量角度和反射波长呈线性关系,倾角灵敏度为02031nm/°,线性度为099707;在45~49℃温度范围内,温度灵敏度为4777nm/℃,线性度为099934。该传感器具有结构简单、成本低、灵敏度高等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    A fiber optic tilt sensor based on Fabry Perot(F P) interference is proposed. The sensor is composed of single mode fiber and capillary. Firstly,we analyzed the principles of optical fiber interference and tilt sensor;then,made a packaged optical fiber tilt sensor and completed the tilt experiment of the optical fiber F P sensor finally. Through the analysis of the collected data,we obtained the response characteristics of the sensor tilt angle,and explored the influence of temperature on the wavelength shift of the sensor by the temperature experiment.The experimental results shows that there is a linear relationship between the measurement angle and the reflected wavelength in the range of 0°~10°,with the dip sensitivity of 0.2031 nm/°,and the linearity of 0.99707. When the temperature sensitivity is 4.777 nm/℃,the linearity is 0.99934 in the range of 45℃ to 49℃. The sensor is of simple structure,low cost and high sensitivity characteristics,and has a broad application prospect.
