    摘要:

    随着国家对环保的要求越来越高,急需一种绿色环保的新方法来解决钢结构在去除老旧漆层上的问题。本文采用纳秒激光对除漆进行研究,探究了不同激光工艺参数(功率、频率、扫描速度及扫描次数)对Fe元素重量百分比和表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明:在预设的参数范围内,振镜扫描速度的变化对Fe元素重量百分比和表面粗糙度的影响最为显著。并确定了较佳的除漆参数:功率70W,振镜扫描速度1100mm/s,激光频率80kHz,扫描次数2次,得到了粗糙度在50~100μm之间且无漆层残留的加工效果。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing requirements of environmental protection in China,a new green and environmental protection method is urgently needed to solve the problem of removing the old paint layer from steel structures. In this paper,nanosecond laser is used to study the paint removal,and the influence of different laser process parameters(power,frequency,scanning speed and scanning times) on the weight percentage of Fe element and surface roughness is explored. The results show that the change of the scanning speed of the galvanometer has the most significant influence on the weight percentage of Fe and the surface roughness within the preset parameter rang. And then,the better paint removal parameters is determined:power 70 W,galvanometer scanning speed 1100mm/s,laser frequency 80 kHz,scanning time twice,and the processing effect of roughness between 50~100μmwithout paint residue is obtained.
