    摘要:

    针对典型光电测试系统光幕结构复杂、测量精度低的问题,本文提出一种线激光辅助面阵CCD光学成像方法测量弹丸的位置信息;通过分析弹丸穿过激光光幕在面阵CCD上的成像原理,给出弹丸成像所占面阵CCD像元位置信息与弹丸空间位置的关联函数,结合线阵列光电探测器接收弹丸过幕信号的编码点位置,构建弹丸空间位置解算模型;根据仿真分析,在1m×1m探测区域内x,y坐标最大误差均小于35mm;通过与木板靶测试进行对比实验,验证了激光辅助面阵CCD光学成像测量弹丸位置信息的科学性和正确性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of complex light screen structure and low measurement accuracy of typical photoelectric test system,a linear laser assisted area array CCD optical imaging method to measure the position information of the projectile is proposed in this paper.By analyzing the imaging principle of the projectile passing through the laser screen on the area array CCD,the correlation function between the position information of the area array CCD pixel occupied by the projectile imaging and the spatial position of the projectile is given.Combining with the encoding point position of the projectile passing signal received by the linear array photodetector,the calculation model of the projectile spatial position is constructed.According to the simulation analysis,the maximum error of x,ycoordinate in 1 m×1 m detection area is less than 3.5mm.Through the comparative experiment with the wood target test,the scientificity and correctness of linear laser assisted area array CCD optical imaging measurement of projectile position information is verified.
