    摘要:

    随着现有社会的不断发展,对光电探测器的需求不断提高,但现有传统材料探测器的发展已进入瓶颈期,亟需新材料的出现,使光电探测器得到进一步的发展。石墨烯等新型二维材料相比于传统材料,具有可做成原子级尺寸、能带可调、具有柔韧性等突出优点。可满足当今社会对光电探测器性能,尺寸等方面更高需求。因此二维材料光电探测器被广泛研究,取得了丰硕的研究成果。然而二维材料光电探测器存在明显优势的同时,也存在着明显的不足之处。这将限制其在更多领域的应用,需要通过一些手段来一进步优化探测器的性能。本文着重介绍现有二维光电探测器的研究进展,并介绍采用光场增强的方式对探测器的性能进行提高,可对相关人员提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of the existing society,the demand for photodetector is increasing,but the development of existing traditional material detectors has entered a bottleneck period. There is an urgent need for the emergence of new materials to further develop photodetectors. New two dimensional material photodetector such as graphene has atomic size,adjustable energy band,flexibility and other excellent characteristics. They can meet the existing high demand of the performance and size of the photodetector in society today. Therefore,two dimensional material photodetectors have been widely studied and achieved fruitful research results. However,with obvious advantages,two dimansional materials also have some obvious disadvantages. That would limit their using in more areas and some means are needed to improve and optimize the performance of the detector. This paper focuses on the research progress of the existing two dimensional photodetector and introduces how to improve the performance of the detector by means of light field enhancement,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
