    摘要:

    针对脉冲激光抛光Ti6Al4V过程中参数众多问题,用改进的单因素实验方案简化实验过程,探究激光功率密度、频率和材料初始表面形貌对抛光过程产生的影响,通过表面形貌观察,探究抛光过程中在不同参数下材料表面产生的微观现象及原因;通过能谱分析,探究不同参数下材料表面的氧化程度;通过粗糙度检测,得出不同参数和初始形貌下,粗糙度降低的程度。以上实验结果表明:在合理的激光参数设置下以及使用合理的材料初始表面形貌进行激光抛光,虽然使得钛元素含量下降,但是都可以有效提升钛合金表面质量,使粗糙度降低93左右。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the many problems of parameters in the process of pulsed laser polishing Ti6Al4V,the improved single factor experimental scheme was used to simplify the experimental process,and to explore the influence of laser power density,frequency and initial surface morphology of the material on the polishing process.Through the observation of the surface topography,the microscopic phenomena and causes of the material surface under different parameters during the polishing process were explored.The oxidation degree of material surface under different parameters is investigated by energy spectrum analysis.Through roughness detection,the degree of roughness reduction under different parameters and initial topography is obtained.The above experimental results show that under the reasonable laser parameter setting and the use of reasonable initial surface topography of the material for laser polishing,although the content of titanium element decreases,it can effectively improve the surface quality of titanium alloy and reduce the coarseness by about 93%.
