Abstract:In order to improve the enhancement effect of magneto optic image,a dynamic universe algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the space model is established,universe connection distance was changed dynamically with the change of layer.Secondly,the information exchange and location are updated between the universe involve different layers and the same layer.Thirdly,the contrast of magneto optic image is improved based on gray factor,the magnetic domain position is obtained by gray integral projection,and the magnetic domain texture is removed based on total variation model.Finally,the algorithm process is given.The experimental simulation shows that the more alternating voltage is great,the more magnetic induction intensity is strong,and the magneto optic image effect of magnetic flux leakage is good.The excitation coil rotate is perpendicular to the welding joint,the magnetic induction intensity of magnetic flux leakage have extreme value.Dynamic universe algorithm can reduce the influence of magnetic domain of pixels in the enhancement process,the enhanced image is clearer and the evaluation index is better than other algorithms.
