    摘要:

    非视域成像技术是一种新型的针对观测视线外目标进行三维成像的技术,主要是通过激光照射中介面,利用探测器对隐藏物体光强的时空分布信息进行采集,再使用重建算法进行图像重建。由于其仅能在稀疏或部分角度下进行探测,不能获取隐藏物体的全方位信息,获取数据信息不足从而使图像重建精度不高。本文针对稀疏角度数据问题,提出了反投影最大似然期望值最大化(BP MLEM)算法,能够有效提高非视域物体三维重建的精度;通过结构相似度(SSIM)进行分析,对比滤波反投影算法,经过第3、4、9和20次迭代后,重建结果图的SSIM值分别提高了0147、01607、022和02906;对比MLEM算法,经过多次迭代后,SSIM值均得到了提高;当迭代次数不断增加时,使用MLEM算法得到重建结果图的SSIM趋于稳定,而提出算法的SSIM值则不断增加,表明该算法具有更好的稳定性,不易造成过收敛问题。

    Abstract:

    Non line of sight imaging technology is a new 3D imaging technology for targets out of sight.The spatial and temporal distribution of the light intensity of a hidden object is collected by a detector mainly through the laser irradiation of the intermediate plane,and then the image is reconstructed by a reconstruction algorithm.Because it can only detect data at sparse (partial) angles,and cannot obtain all the information of hidden objects,which generates low precision in image reconstruction.In order to solve the problem of sparse angle data,a back projection modified maximum likelihood expected value maximization (BP MLEM) algorithm is proposed in this paper,which can effectively improve the accuracy of 3D objects reconstruction in non line of sight imaging.Compared with the filter back projection algorithm,the SSIM value of reconstructed result image is increased by 0.147、0.1607、0.22 and 0.2906 respectively after the 3rd,4th,9th and 20th iterations.Compared with MLEM algorithm,SSIM values are improved after several iterations.When the number of iterations continues to increase,the SSIM of the reconstructed result image obtained by MLEM algorithm tends to be stable.While the SSIM value of the proposed algorithm keeps increasing,indicating that the algorithm has better stability and is not easy to cause over convergence problem.
