In this paper,the interaction mechanism between femtosecond laser and Ni based superalloys is analyzed,and a theoretical explanation is given that the thermal impact zone for femtosecond laser processing is minimal.The single pulse laser light source item is improved.The experiment of femtosecond laser processing Ni based superalloys film hole was carried out by using spiral processing method.The influence on of laser power,defocusing amount,single layer feeding rate,single layer scanning time on processing quality were obtained,and the optimal process parameters are found to provide theoretical reference for the design of laser processing technology.
