Abstract:The icing on the surface of aircraft engine lip can seriously affect flight safety.Studies have shown that the surface with micro nano structure can effectively improve its ice suppression performance.In this paper,Ti6Al4V (TC4) is used as the base material,and the nanosecond pulsed laser is adopted to prepare the TC4 microstructure.The microscopic morphology,chemical element composition,wetting ability and ice suppression properties of the sample surface were characterized by the scanning electron microscope (SEM),contact angle measuring instrument,and cold stage experimental device.The results show that when other laser parameters are constant,the fractal dimension of the sample surface with a scanning distance of 80μmis the highest,with a value of 1.683,showing an excellent ice suppression effect.Surfaces with large contact angles and fractal dimensions have a delay in freezing time.
