In this paper,the progress of domestic optical component manufacturing technology and the changes in the scale of the industry since the founding of the country are briefly summarized.The development status of China′s optical components industry is showed from the market scale of optical components products in the last decade and the change of the main downstream applications of optical components from photographic projection to consumer electronics represented by smartphones in the decade,especially the development of China′s optical components industry in 2020.
