    摘要:

    为研究激光表面强化技术在体育器械用铝合金材料的使用效果,利用有限元模拟方法完成激光表面强化过程的模拟分析。通过构建体育器械用铝合金材料物理模型,设定数值模拟边界条件等环节,实现体育器械用铝合金材料的激光表面强化数值模拟。选定实验对象,使用此数值模拟方法模拟加工过程。经实验结果证实,此方法模拟结果符合激光强化原理与技术特征,且数值模拟结果与实操结果较为贴近。在日后的研究中,可使用此技术设定激光强化参数,以此推动激光强化技术的发展。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the application effect of laser surface strengthening technology on aluminum alloy materials used in sports equipment,the simulation analysis of the laser surface strengthening process is performed using the finite element simulation method.By constructing the physical model of aluminum alloy material for sports equipment and setting the boundary conditions of numerical simulation,the numerical simulation of laser surface strengthening of aluminum alloy material for sports equipment is realized.The experimental object is selected and the machining process is simulated by this numerical simulation method.The experimental results show that the simulation results accord with the principle and technical characteristics of laser strengthening,and the numerical simulation results are close to the practical results.In the future research,this technology can be used to set the laser strengthening parameters,so as to promote the development of laser strengthening technology.
