    摘要:

    基于双谱线的激光吸收光谱技术具有测试精度较高、响应速度快等优点,常被应用于燃烧场和爆炸场的温度测量中,但在测试中,容易受到环境等因素的影响,带来较大的测试误差。本文基于双谱线吸收光谱技术,选择波数分别为 718294962cm-1和71797524cm-1的两条水分子吸收谱线,研发了温度快速测试系统,测试周期为500 μs,并对高温炉内的温度测试技术开展了相关研究。实验结果表明,通过双谱线直接计算得到的温度误差较大,在综合考虑了环境因素和邻近谱线干扰因素情况下,对温度计算结果进行了相应的修正,经过修正之后,温度测试精度得到极大的提高,误差约为5。因此,测试方案和测温系统具有较高的准确性,为后续燃烧和爆炸等瞬态温度场测试技术研究奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    The tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)technology based on double spectrum has the advantages of high accuracy and fast response speed.It is often used in the temperature measurement of combustion field and explosion field.However,in the test,it is easy to be affected by the environment and other factors resulting in large test errors.In this paper,based on the dual line absorption spectroscopy technology,water molecule absorption spectra with wave numbers of 7182.94962cm -1 and 7179.7524cm -1 were selected,and a rapid temperature test system with a test period of 500 μs was developed.Relevant research was carried out on the temperature measurement technology in the furnace.The experimental results show that the temperature error directly calculated by the double spectral line is relatively large.Taking the environmental factors and the interference factors of adjacent spectral lines into consideration,the temperature calculation results are corrected accordingly.After correction,the accuracy of temperature measurement is greatly improved;the error is about 5%.Therefore,and the test scheme and the temperature measurement system have relatively high accuracy,which lays the foundation for the subsequent research on transient temperature field testing techniques such as combustion and explosion.
