    摘要:

    随着小型无人机在不同领域的发展,与之配合的稳定平台需求日益增加,尤其对于小型化、高精度的要求也越来越高。本文针对小型无人机设计了一种小型光电稳定平台,采用两轴两框架的结构并对稳定平台整体应用了模块化设计,根据不同需求可更换负载,具有体积小、质量轻的特点;利用Creo三维软件建模并通过Ansys仿真软件对关重结构刚度进行仿真分析,结构设计均满足总体要求。

    Abstract:

    With the development of small unmanned aerial vehicles in different fields,the demand for stable platforms to cooperate with them is increasing,especially for the requirement of miniaturization and high precision.In this paper,a small photoelectric stabilization platform for small UAV is designed,which adopts the structure of two axes and two frames and applies modular design to the whole stabilization platform.The load can be replaced according to different requirements,and it has the characteristics of small size and light weight.Creo 3D software is used to model and Ansys simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the stiffness of the closed structure.The structural design meets the overall requirements.
