    摘要:

    本文采用纯度为99999的颗粒状ZnSe为基质材料,纯度为99998的FeSe粉末为掺杂物,通过HPVB法生长了Fe2+:ZnSe晶体,晶体尺寸达Φ 508mm×120mm。采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪测试了Fe2+:ZnSe晶体样品中铁离子掺杂浓度为3048×1018cm-3。采用粉末XRD衍射仪测试了Fe2+:ZnSe晶体样品的X 射线衍射谱,其衍射谱与基质ZnSe样品衍射谱匹配度达92。采用UV/VIS/NIR分光光度计和傅里叶红外光谱仪测试了Fe2+:ZnSe晶体样品的透过谱图,透过谱在波长30μm处出现了明显的Fe2+离子吸收峰。采用294μmEr:YAG激光器为泵浦源抽运尺寸为10mm×10mm×4mm的Fe2+:ZnSe晶体样品,重复频率为100 Hz时,激光能量输出达12mJ,输出波长调谐范围395~415μm。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,Fe 2+:ZnSe crystal with the size of Φ 50.8mm×120mm is grown by using 99.999% granular ZnSe as the substrate material and 99.998% purity FeSe powder as the dopant through high pressure vertical Bridgman(HPVB)method.The iron ion doping concentration in the Fe 2+:ZnSe crystal sample is 3.048×10 18cm -3,which tested by the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.The X ray diffraction spectrum of Fe 2+:ZnSe crystal sample is investigated by the powder XRD diffraction instrument,showing a matching degree between the diffraction peak and the crystal sample is 92%.The transmission spectroscopy of Fe 2+:ZnSe crystal sample is measured using a UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer and a Fourier infrared spectrometer,presenting a significant Fe 2+ ion absorption peak at a wavelength of 3.0μm.A 2.94μmEr:YAG laser is used as the pump source to pump a Fe 2+:ZnSe crystal sample with a size of 10mm×10mm×4mm.When the repetition frequency is 100 Hz,the laser energy output reaches 12 mJ,and the output wavelength tuning range is 3.95~4.15μm.
