    摘要:

    针对制冷型红外探测器引线环高精度定位的需求,本文设计了一种低温钎焊引线环,研究了引线环的制备工艺。选取具有高强度、低熔点的金锡钎料,在350℃以下焊接引线环的金属件与陶瓷件。通过研究钎焊温度和保温时间对焊缝质量与漏率的影响,成功制备了具有高气密性的高精度引线环。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the requirement of high precision positioning for the feed through of infrared detector,a low temperature brazed feed through is designed,and the fabrication technology of the feed through is studied in this paper.AuSn solder with high strength and low melting point is selected,metal parts and ceramic parts of feed through are welded below 350°C.By studying the effect of brazing temperature and holding time on weld quality and leakage rate,high precision feed through with high air tightness are successfully fabricated.
