    摘要:

    长波红外探测器具有暗电流大、暗电流波动难以控制的特点,且像元面积越大暗电流难控制。本文针对超大像元面积长波探测器设计了一款读出电路,通过将超大像元拆分为子像元、利用子像元等效积分的光电信号处理方式,有效的解决了长波探测器超大像元暗电流大、暗电流难以控制的难题。本文设计的电路将96μm×96μm超大像元面积拆分为3×3个子像元,子像元积分后信号累加输出。电路同时兼具多档积分电容切换、对各子像元进行旁路测试、盲元替换等功能。文中还给出了电路的功能、性能仿真结果及测试结果。

    Abstract:

    Long wave infrared detectors have the characteristics of large dark current,difficult to control dark current fluctuations.The larger the area of the image element,the more difficult it is to control the dark current.In this paper,a readout circuit is designed for a long wave detector with a super pixel area.By splitting the super pixel into several sub pixels and using the sub pixels equivalent integration,the problems of large dark current in super pixel of long wave detector and difficult to control dark current can be effectively solved.The circuit designed in this paper splits 96μm×96μmarea pixel into 3×3 sub pixels,and the signal is accumulated and output after the sub pixel integration.The circuit also has multiple integral capacitances and by pass of each sub pixel function,blind pixel replacement and so on.The functional and performance simulation results and test results of the circuit are also given in the paper.
