    摘要:

    读出电路将红外探测器二极管激发产生的光电子收集、积分成为电压信号并按序读出,使其变成后端系统可读的电信号,是红外焦平面探测器的重要组成部分。电荷处理能力作为衡量读出电路的一项重要指标,探测器的性能以及某些应用条件下要求读出电路具有大的电荷处理能力,本文介绍一种具备大电荷处理能力的模拟读出电路像素级设计,在15μm像元间距内最大积分电容达到832 fF,最大电荷处理能达到10.92 Me-,且具备良好的线性度。

    Abstract:

    The readout circuit collects and integrates the photoelectrons generated by the excitation of the infrared detector diode into a voltage signal and reads them out in sequence,turning them into readable electrical signals for the back end system,which is an important part of the infrared focal plane detector.Charge handling capability as a measure of readout circuitry is an important indicator of detector performance as well as certain application conditions that require readout circuits to have large charge handling capability.In this paper,an analog readout circuit pixel with large charge handling capability is presented,with a maximum integrating capacitance of 832 fF,and a maximum charge handling capability of 10.92 Me - within a 15μmpixel pitch,and with good linearity.
