    摘要:

    超构透镜作为目前纳米光学领域的研究热点,与光纤束集成可充分体现其轻薄的特点,二者的结合有利于推动成像系统的小型化。本文利用拓扑优化方法设计了一种新型的同心环结构超构透镜,并利用纳米3D打印技术完成超构透镜与光纤传像束的集成。该超构透镜直径为3047μm,数值孔径(NA)为08,使用白光LED光源进行成像实验,结果表明该超构透镜具有良好的成像性能。本文提出的超构透镜与光纤束集成的小型化成像系统可应用于医疗、工业、军事等多个领域。

    Abstract:

    As a research hotspot in the field of nano optics,metalens can be integrated with optical fiber bundles to fully reflect their light and thin characteristics.The combination of the two is conducive to propmotingthe miniaturization of imaging systems.In this paper,a novel of concentric ring structure metalens is designed using topology optimization method,and the integration of metalens and optical fiber image transmission bundle is accomplished using nano 3D printing technology.The diameter of the metalens is 30.47μm,and the numerical aperture(NA)is 0.8.Imaging experiments are carried out using a white LED light source and the results show that the metalens has good imaging performance.The miniaturized imaging system integrated with the metalens and fiber bundle proposed in this paper can be applied in various fields such as medical treatment,industry,and military applications.
